Record Copy Retention:
Retain in the Disability Services Office for 7 years after the student graduates or withdraws from the University.
Record Copy Disposition:

Confidential Destruction: Destroy hard copies; delete electronic copies; destroy copies in other formats.

 

Other Copies Retention:
Records may be retained as long as they are useful for reference purposes but not longer than 7 years after the student graduates or withdraws from the University.
