Retain in the Institutional Review Board (IRB) Office until notified by MDS Pharma Services. "It is the responsibility of the sponsor [MDS Pharma Services] to inform the investigator [Marywood University] as to when clinical data/records no longer need to be retained" (Research & Financial Agreement, p.7). Then Marywood's IRB Office notifies other Marywood University offices that may have copies of the records.

Confidential Destruction: Destroy hard copies; delete electronic copies; destroy copies in other formats.

 

Other Copies Retention:
Records may be retained as long as they are useful to the department until notified by Marywood's IRB Office.
