Education Department -- Field Experience Office
Record Copy Retention:
Retain in the Field Experience Office for one year from the issue date.
Record Copy Disposition:

Return current copy to student upon completion of student teaching; shred other copies.

 

Other Copies Retention:
Records may be retained as long as they are useful to the department but not longer than 1 year from the issue date.
Other Copies Disposition:

Confidential Destruction: Destroy hard copies; delete electronic copies; destroy copies in other formats.
